"Lost" means a product a customer bought in 2024 but didn't buy at all in 2025 — a real, measurable drop-off,
not a guess. The dollar figure shown is what that product was worth to that customer in 2024 (last year they bought it),
so it's an estimate of what's recoverable, not a promise.
Early warning — 2025 vs. 2026 YTD: compares each customer's full-year 2025 revenue against their 2026 activity
so far (through June), doubled to estimate a full-year pace ("run-rate"). An estimate assuming the rest of 2026
continues at the same pace — not a guarantee, and it overstates the drop for seasonal accounts.
